Help needed with selling application for brand
Hi everyone!
We have been selling our own products for a couple of years now. However a few weeks ago Amazon made all of our listings inactive and we were told we had to submit invoices or a letter of authorisation.
The invoices that we have don’t meet their requirements, as they are over 180 days old, so I tried writing a letter of authorisation from us to ourselves heh.
The letter says something like:
We, X registered at X , as rights holder of X products, hereby authorise X to sell X products across the Amazon platform.
I also included our merchant token, product names and ASINs etc.
The letter got rejected, but I don’t know why, since Amazon won’t tell me. I also tried submitting the invoices that we have, but they didn’t get accepted either, as predicted.
Any advice please? What could be wrong with the letter I’m submitting?
Thank you.

As per your statement i understand that you are selling your own products. Can you please answer following questions…
- Product brand name is registered in your name?
- If products brand is some one else, than do you have selling rights?
- Did you check product design is patent protected by some one else?
- You are registered wit Amazon Individually or through legal entity?
- If you produce your own products, why invoices are 180 days old when even you have stock available for sale?
Above questions might help me to suggest you any solution.
