"Credit Card Invalid" renders seller completely hopeless
I’m getting a message which says “Credit Card Invalid” and it blocks me from doing anything at all in my seller account. I currently have over 30 orders which have been waiting for days and I cannot process them. Amazon support just send me the same help pages I’ve read several times. I have tried everything including calling the bank, everything is fine and the info all matches and is up to date.
It’s the same debit card I have been using for over year and there are plenty of funds available. I am able to make purchases on Amazon using the card as a customer so Amazon doesn’t seem to have a problem with the card in that scenario.
I’ve seen a few threads like this but no resolutions?

We have just been locked out due to failed credit card . No issues with the card (ie money available) have added another card all seems ok . However moving forward I think this may be a problem as credit cards going forward will need to be verified via an app or 2step verification etc

I’ve received three orders since starting this thread an hour ago. I can’t access them, I’m going to end up with horrendous seller reviews. My oldest orders are now 5 days old. I’m completely lost with this.
