Selller Identity Verification Problem
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I'm facing identity verification issue. I listed my product and the next day I got an e-mail from Amazon team to verify my identity again. I upload the national ID card and bank account statement but after a hour I got another e-mail from Amazon team where I find that they didn't accepted my ID card information because there wasn't signature on my ID card. The problem is we do not have signature on ID card according to the rules of government please give a solution for this problem thank you
