Have you read section 3 of the business solutions agreement. Does the suspension fall in any of the categories within the section.

We see it time and time again. Amazon will ignore all attempts to resolve until they are forced to do so.

I understand your anxious mood very much, but you still need to contact seller support first, because many seller support employees are very responsible, they will help you, don’t give up, ask more那里

Send a written request to their registered address by recorded delivery. Document everything accurately, including reference to any lack of engagement on the issue from Amazon and anything to support your claim for anything.

Ask specifically for what you want in detail, and then give them a reasonable amount of time to respond (I suggest 14 days).
Inform them that if they fail to respond you will send a letter before action.

If they don’t respond send the letter before action giving them a further 14 days to respond which if they fail to do so you will file a claim against them in court to reclaim your losses. This will not be a claim for the stock any longer but for the financial cost of the stock as I believe you have to put a £ figure on it to make a claim.

Use MCOL to make the claim. You can only claim £10k max through the small claim track. If it’s a mixture of cash and stock I’d claim for the cash element up to £10k and include details of the stock in a supplementary page for the claim. Very unlikely a judge would award the claim for cash and not make a request for them to return the stock.

Be aware, you must be in the right to win such a case and also you must be reasonable and give them a chance to respond.

Don’t waste anymore time on seller support if they’ve told you they won’t help in writing, you’ll be going for years if you think they can help.
