Suspected Intellectual Property Violations

Hope you are all well and good
I require some advice on how to deal with Suspected Intellectual Property Violations correctly
The listings was Not created by me
Violation reason is : Potential Trademark Image (Logo) Misuse (company name)
Is the best thing to delete altogether or edit ?
If its edit, can someone advise me on how to properly do this so it doesn’t come back to haunt me

You should be able to see instructions stating what needs to be done in order to reactivate the listing.
If the issue is related to the logo, you will need to remove any images which include it.
If you are unable to do this yourself, it will be necessary to open a case with the Seller Support.

1 listing we had not contributed anything to it , but still made to feel like a criminal
We have not added any logo to any of these that pop up , and think it will be the end of us on here .
(I won`t loose any sleep over it)
I sell HP products , 99% of my products are HP , all from an authorised HP distributor. my advice off Amazon was to remove the letters HP from all titles and descriptions , and use a compatible word ?? Absolute nonsense as usual and will not be doing that , its like selling cars but being told you cannot mention the make ! i.e Audi , BMW , Ford etc . other option is usual “to get a letter of authorisation” that HP will simply not do. I just delete them now as they is no way of correcting them . I cannot be bothered with the stress of dealing with seller support , I might as well go and speak to the wall

Most of the time , just add the correct brand , and ensure its the same as in title .
Sometimes it will not let you to change brand , try uploading change via add inventory upload
i have the odd one that still refuses to reinstate i am working on them , if i achieve i will update post
