Hi,
The past few days i've noticed amazon are spending more per click on ads than i have it set at, why? It's basically robbery, i noticed this on a few of my ads yesterday and thought it may have been a glitch but the same is happening today... I always have my dynamic bidding to down only, so no idea why amazon are increasing the clicks now? Screenshots attached as an example...
You can clearly see i have it set at 0.14p and dynamic bidding set to down only with no bid increasing rules, so why on earth are amazon spending 0.35p per click????
@Winston_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Maja_Amazon What's going on here???

What an absolute joke amazon are, so ive just been on to Amazon Ads web chat to find out whats going on, i was told the ones that are showing over charged today i need to come back to them in 3 days because the ads fluctuate, ok fair enough, so then i say ive got some from over 3 days ago that have over charged CPC, then he disconnected me!!! absolute joke , amazon just want to take your money and not deal with anything. Basically just told me to pause my campagins if im not happy.... How about i just want to use the service and not be over charged to what i have it set at???? jokers
I'm pretty positive it's nothing in my settings as ive never had this issue before and i keep a close eye on my CPC as obviously this affects my profits massively and i run lots of ads.
Anyone else experiencing this or just me? I'm just wondering if there's something in my settings to let it over charge per click but everything looks fine to me.
I'm in the same situation, my ad occasionally exceeds the bid, I don't understand why, I can't get an explanation, I have to lower the bid or close the ad.
