On-going account issue

Hello everyone,

I need help with my deactivated account, please see the facts below:

  • started seller account type as individual and it was verified ok and managed to order shipment and sell items no issue
  • incorporated the business and requested a change of account type to a professional limited company
  • provided all paperwork bank statement, company registration details, director authorisation letter etc
  • received an email from the verification team saying the account has been verified and I can now start selling again
  • home page still says “Your account has been deactivated” in red and can’t create a listing or do any activity
  • chased Support several times via seller central and directly by email but no response

Any suggestions?
