Multiple listings of the same product

In wholesale, if there are multiple listings of a single product & brand has not created its store on amazon, can i create another listing for that product.

If you are reselling a branded product and you have permission to sell it on amazon, you must list it on the listing (asin) that matches the ean and brand on the product
