Refund Box Still on Seller Central Page

Anyone else had a problem with new refund system? Yesterday, I had a refund request. I won’t go into the details - the customer may have been right, but as I have very few requests, I had not encountered the new system where a new ‘box’ pops up telling us that you have a refund request to deal with. I went through the new system and I think I have refunded. However, the box remains saying I have to deal with the refund request. This is over 24 hours now. Previously, if I remember rightly, one issued the refund and there would be a message saying ‘all complete’ or words to that effect. I have contacted the buyer who says he has had a message from Amazon saying it’s going through but still I have the box saying I have to attend to the refund. Digging deeper, it does seem to say that it has been authorised, but still the box on the seller central page is there. Anyone else had this? Will it disappear soon? I have tried to see if I have missed anything but it does seem to suggest it’s gone through or is ‘authorised’. Shall I just wait for it to disappear? Any help is much appreciated!
