FBA sending damaged products
We are seeing damaged products make it to customers, who then leave a bad review. Has anyone sorted how 1. to make sure damaged products are going out to buyers and 2. getting negative reviews retracted?

I managed to get one review retracted when FBA sent the wrong product but the negative rating still affects the product in voice of the customer which I don't think it's fair.
Regarding damaged products I recently received some of my items after Amazon had deactivated the listing (for no rational reason, but that's another story) and they are all squashed and one looks like someone danced on it.
I could spend all day trying to sort out all the problems with Amazon, but now I only do it when absolutely necessary. This product costed me 70p therefore I am not going to spend a day dealing with SS over this.
