I don’t think they’ll respond to a POA attached as a pdf as that’s not going to be capable of being read by bots. Please can you translate your performance notification and post the POA

Dear Team,

I submitted the same details on the Amazon site as well, along with the invoices related to this item as well, but the Merchant Review Team is not responding.

They responded, but at that time I did not understand their concern, and was replying them irrelevant things. Now I have understood the concern, but they have stopped replying.

I even reached out via help section, but no proper reply as well from there.

Is there any way I could reach out to Merchant Review Team,to see my appeal.

You infringed others’ products? First, you need to contact the person who complained about you to see under what conditions they can withdraw the complaint against you. Or:
You need to prove that you have not infringed. But please do not write the appeal letter in English, unless Amazon customer service allows you to do so. And you need to prove how there is no infringement------According to Amazon’s performance notification prompts, submit all the information you can submit. Don’t speak too much emotional language.

Please read the policy and write a plan of action describing the root causes, temporary solution and future preventive steps for all Counterfeit, Trademark, Copyright and Design Right issues separately.

Do you remember how it had happened and what was your listing procedure, the listing was done by the trained staff or not?

To prevent those issues what is your future plan about the sourcing point and listing process?
