Seven months ago I asked on this forum how to permanently close my FBA seller account. As I no longer have a valid VAT number, my seller account has also been deactivated, meaning I’ve lost access to regular Amazon FBA support.
As a result, I have not been able to permanently close my seller account.
I previously received what looked like a helpful response on this forum. @Olivia_Amazon_ said that I could submit my deregistration document through VAT Appeals here:

However, I receive a no response from that offered email address (de-vat-number-appeals-eu@amazon.com), only an automated response stating the receivers inbox is full.
When I try the alternative email address for Germany (de-vat-number-appeals@amazon.de) I instead receive only the response that they cannot help me because my VAT ID number is invalid on VEIS.
Without access to Amazon’s FBA support centre, I only have two options to receive support from Account Health, which have only to do with reactivating my account. Those also do not work because I have no valid VAT ID, so that the responses there have not allowed me to reach anyone who can help close my account.
Could anyone please kindly suggest other avenues to reach Amazon?
