Hundreds of listing vanished overnight

Last night we lost over 200 listings.

I use a product called Bindwise, that tells me when there are any changes to listings. It also tells me about piggy backers, etc.

Between 2am-4am yesterday, hundreds of our listings got deleted. They all had one thing in common. They were all MFN listings that also had an FBA listing for the same product. The FBA listings are still there but have lost all the bullet points and descriptions.

When we list a new product, it’s always MFN. Once we have one or two sales we send a few into FBA and monitor it from there and send more as sales grow. So we lost all the descriptions, bullet points and finer details on the FBA listings too.

Bindwise shows that one by one, all the attributes were deleted, then the listings vanished. I have never seen anything like it. I’m still up after midnight making new MFN listings as many of these products are out of stock FBA due to restock limits.

We have no performance notifications, no removed listings. Our account health is perfect except for 94.5% VTR. Is this a system glitch? Has anyone seen this before?
