seller reviews
Hi
I have signed up with FBA, it is selling now
Is there anything I can send a customer after a purchase, or does amazon cover this .
I am getting product reviews, but people tend to not leave a seller review.... I know these are important for amazon to push your product more.
I tried sent a few customers thankyou's through the messaging system, but you need to pick a topic
I picked "wheres my stuff". Not sure this is the way forward......
couple of issues there
Is it best jut to sit back and wait???????

Put yourself in your customers shoes. They have bought a product via Amazon that got delivered by Amazon a day or two later, as far as they are concerned they have dealt with Amazon so why should they leave a seller review??
Trying to solicit reviews via messages will only land you in trouble so stop. In the FBA world no reviews is good news until/unless any inauthenticity claims are made whereby the sticky stuff hits the fan and funds are withheld until valid supply chain is established.
In the FBM world Amazon bombards customers with review requests 24/48 hours after delivery due time which 99% of customers also ignore if the item has arrived as expected as they're totally fed up with feedback requests.

Seller feedback (not reviews) rates are very low on Amazon - customers buy so much online now that they can no longer be bothered to leave feedback for every purchase - unless something goes wrong ! - don't fret .
