Is brand registration a waste of time?
I registered my brand with the IPO and Amazon thinking it would get rid of hijackers but apparently not. So what was the point in spending all the money on getting a trademark and having my packaging printed? ASIN: B004P577G6 is [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]. Does that mean any other of my items can be hijacked too?

Ezra_Amazon Can you please have a quick glance over another thread I put up that relates to this 'Brand registry contact number?' I bought the brand Decorum Jewellery as well as Decorum to fix this and still I can't fix things. Please help.

I think this means that you originally created the ASIN. We get it sometimes on ours.
If you go to "Show offers", you can select individual sellers and knock them off with project zero. However, if too many refute the claim successfully, it can lead to losing project zero privileges. The quickest way to kick them off is with project zero.

Thanks for your reply. I did create the ASIN. I don't have project zero rights because apparently I need to:
Have submitted reports of potential infringements with an acceptance rate of at least 90% in the last six months.
And I can't do that because every time I try to, I get the response in the attachment. It's crazy.

Hi @Seller_rTNRowDlBSYuI,
Brand registration can provide protection against unauthorized sellers.
If you're facing any issues, I'd suggest reaching out directly to Brand Registry Support. They can offer personalized assistance and guidance tailored to your situation.
And if you're dealing with seller abuse problems, you can report them here: report Abuse. Check out the help page Report a Violation for step-by-step guidance.
Hope it helps! Best, Ezra

Hello @Seller_rTNRowDlBSYuI,
Just wanted to point out that the error occurred because you selected the option Intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent) violation.
This usually refers to illegal product copies rather than report sellers offering your original product without your consent.
Best, Ezra

Hi @Seller_rTNRowDlBSYuI,
- To address your specific issue, please select the option An abuse issue that is not addressed by the other topics in this menu.
- Since it's not related to an order, click on Enter ASIN/ISBN-10 -OR- Product URL.
- This will update the layout, allowing you to provide an ASIN. Once done, click Add to upload the offer.
- You'll then need to select Specific sellers as the Scope. The sellers selling this offer will be listed for you to choose from.
- Once you've selected the seller, describe the issue and submit. I hope these steps are clear.
Best regards, Ezra

And if the [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]. I have tried through the help pages and brand registry. Seriously looking in to the small courts option today and if amazon kick me off this site for doing so then so be it. At least I will have some justice. Sorry Ezra, I am normally a very chilled and kind person but I have had enough. Thanks Sylvia [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]

So, I've just go a reply from brand registry asking me for all the information that I sent them earlier, again. It really is beyond belief. I spend whole days on this issue and it upsets me very much but I am not giving in.
