Brand names and listings.

I am just trying to list some books and I find its gone from difficult to near impossible. All this stupid brand name compliance has become totally out of hand . Two years ago there was 'sell yours' tag and it took two minutes. Then that went and it was five minute job. Now its 15 and you are most likely to hit the dreaded, approval needed' right at the end , meaning its a complete waste of time.. Is there no way out of this ? I am going to try the last resort, the MD's office, But I dont hold out much hope.
