Read onlyI have a new listing for a 3-in-1 wireless charger, where I listed the compatible phone models in the description, including iPhones, but the system flagged it as brand misuse. How should I address this?
It depends on the wording if you are selling accessories for other brands.
For example, Amazon may block the item if it says "for IPhone". However, the item may be unblocked if it says "compatible with IPhone" instead.
It must be clear to the end customer that it is not a compatible brand product, but a third-party product, which is what Amazon is trying to protect.
Hello @Seller_6jhfGKyzda7Qz,
Emma here from Amazon, Welcome to the Forums!
@Seller_7aUxUKuUkhSK6 already mentioned a very important point (thanks!): you need to make it very clear that your product is "compatible with" the brand.
I'd suggest you to check out these two help pages:
There you will also find a title format for branded compatible products that includes the "compatible with" part.
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Emma
