Amazon not Accepting Transferwise Certified Bank Letter

Hi Guys!

We are using Transferwise Account for Amazon deposits.

Amazon Asked - A scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person

A scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person. The document must meet all the criteria listed below:

• Dated within the last 180 days.
• Signed or stamped by the bank.
• Shows the bank name or logo.
• Shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.

We sent them a couple of documents from Transferwise, including a document signed by Transferwise customer support, including all of the details Amazon is asking but they are still refusing the document.

The certified bank letter you provided was not one of the acceptable document types.

I attached screenshot of the document we are sending to Amazon. Anyone got any idea what is wrong with it? Please help.
