Error code 5665 - Brand must be approved

I am trying to make a new product listing of my own private label (not yet registered), yet I get this error message:

-"Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry, but if your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain an exception by contacting Seller Support and mentioning error code 5665. When contacting Seller Support, provide the following information: - The brand name used when creating the listing. - Images of the product and packaging, showing branding on either. The images can show the product and packaging held in hand, or placed on a table. The branding must be permanently affixed. - If using inventory file templates, please also provide the Batch ID of the inventory file process report. "

The problem with what Amazon requests is that I need FNSKU number first (so I must create listing first), in order to print packaging. That is because I intend to print FNSKU permanently on the packaging. Also, the product itself is transparent, so putting a brand on it permanently, would destroy it (none of the competitors has brand on the product).

It looks like some new policy of AMAZON. Does anybody, please, have similar experience and may give any advice? Thanks in advance.

I too am having this problem, I have contacted seller support who supposedly passed this on to the relevant team 10 days ago, yet I am still to hear anything, does anyone know how long this takes?

I have asked seller support for an update and they are unable to provide one because the team dealing with it does not have access to emails, how was it passed on to them??
