Denying My Brand Registry

I applied for the brand registry for my brand and my application was rejected within a minute. And i got a mail,”Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected.Why did this happen?This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.” I already provide all the documents but no one response on my application. I have emailed and not email to contact for support. ID 17682554731 All tax ID information, Trademark number all entered correctly as this is the 2nd time. Business ID I don't know what this means, DUNS Number, franchise tax number, EIN? My company is a DBA to my LLC we are trying to figure out the issue as the mentors said how important brand registry is. Please assit
