Read onlyI sent 9 packages FBA via ups to multiple destinations. 8 of them have been delivered.
However one of them got lost at ups Tamworth they ups have acknowledged this.
For the life of me I can’t get an help from seller support. They have investigated after I provided all the documentation they requested and replied that they could not find it.
Well as stated it never got there in the first place so just a pointless exercise. All I want to know is how do I claim for my losses that ups have acknowledged. I can’t get Amazon to listen

At last it seems a reimbursement has been requested and I am informed it will be within a week.

Did they reimburse just your costs ? I heard it's 50% of actual product price?
