No help/phone lines/support

Thank you Amazon for NO help/support in sorting out why you have changed/messed up all my listing. Us sellers are all having a tough time and you have made it worse.

You don’t think that maybe they have bigger priorities than phone support for sellers now ?

All I was saying is that they have messed up my listing and no one wants to sort it out! And yes before you say they are more important things but I have had 4 phone calls today trying to get me to sign up for the Fulfilment sales. I’m self employed and this is my only income like many who are self employed and struggling to support their families at this time.
Rather than being unkind do as I do try and help others.
