Your Offer(s) that are not eligible to be a Featured Offer
I have received this email from Amazon telling me that I can no longer sell my item as it is not competitively priced. I have been selling this ASIN for a number of years and it has always been a very popular item on my Amazon store. I cannot understand why today it is no longer deemed as eligable to sell with a featured offer. The listing now has no buying option displayed.
Amazon has said I need to set the price to £8.99 to reinstate it, this is ridiculous!! I have been selling at £21.99 and customers are very happy with this. I work on small profit margins and to sell a set of 20 alloy wheel nuts at £8.99 would mean that I loose a lot of money on every sale. Where on earth has Amazon found this price?
I am upset about this as this item is a good seller for me and not being able to list it on Amazon will have an impact on my sales. I am also very worried that Amazon will start to tell me that other items are not eligible.
Can anyone explain how and why this has happened and can I appeal it somehow?
Thank you

I’d start with making sure that in the listing info it is correctly set as being 20 units and that it is not just the title that says 20. There’s another listing for a set of 4 for £7.99 which could be something Amazon have looked at as they are suggesting it as an alternative.
