Taking Amazon to court
So, after months of getting nowhere trying to persuade Amazon to locate my missing pallet of stock, I’ve now instructed a solicitor to begin legal action against Amazon UK.
A shipment was created in July to send one pallet of goods to Amazon, using UPS as their partner carrier. The pallet was delievered to Amazon a week later, but nobody’s seen it since. A case was opened, they’ve just wasted my time with stupid replies ever since.
Does anyone here have any experience of this? Does anyone have any links to Amazon’s terms and conditions that might be relevant? I’m especially interested in the Partner Carrier programme, as I think when using Amazon’s partner, it makes it more Amazon’s responsibility.
Thanks in advance for anyone helping, I sincerely hope nothing like this ever happens to any of you!

A Letter Before Action to the London office usually seems to sort things without instructing a solicitor.
