Read onlyMy account has been disabled due to authentication. I sent documents and defense to their e-mail addresses. I received e-mail and case information: "We have reviewed the documents you sent and completed your verification process. "You can now log in to Seller Central and start selling on Amazon."
But my account still appears to be disabled. When I want to open a case, it is automatically closed because my account is disabled.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
Can you confirm what they of "authentication" you were requested to complete? Was this related to a supply chain, authenticity, general verification of your account? As there can be many different situations here, I would ask that you provide your original deactivation notice so that myself and the community and help further.
