How to appeal - automatic refund (ReturnlessRefund)?

Hello everyone!

It appears that today an automatic refund was issued to one of my orders (No communication from the client, no A-Z, no nothing), the client just requested to return the product through the app and chose the following reason : Performance or quality not adequate. Which resulted in “ReturnlessRefund”

I’m sure that this is not the case in reality because of the way we pack our goods and that the quality of the product is not degenerated/damaged or whatsoever.

What I’m looking for is an option to appeal to this resolution (For the “ReturnlessRefund”) since after my chat with the CS team (Which was not very productive and the chat was closed suddenly without any resolution or even goodbye message) I understand that there is no option for the auto refunds to be stopped which leads me to believe that literally anyone can just chose this option, and get an automatic refund (with or without reason).

Thank you in advance for your responses!

No unfortunately not, it’s amazon policy and what you agree to when selling outside uk - it’s one of the many reasons many of us stopped selling outside uk
That and IOSS, VAT, EPR , EU responsible person as well as labelling / ingredients etc - especially risky for your type of product

Once you’ve jumped through all those hoops, it’s frustrating to say the least to find you loose stock through returnless refunds …
