"...You have pending refunds that require action..."
For the last three days my dashboard has a new feature:
" **REFUNDS**
Manage seller fulfilled returns
You have pending refunds that require action
** 2**
Please review and take appropriate actions "
Both of these returns have been authorised and we are waiting for the goods to be returned. We cannot refund anyone until we have received the goods back, but Amazon are now telling us to “take appropriate actions”.
Is this another example of creeping FBM removal? Will our account be penalised for not refunding? One of the returns was authorised 25 days ago, but we still have not received the goods.

This happened to a lot of us a good few months back - lasted about a week on our dashboards then disappeared
At one point mine said I had 35 of them !

And in this case the appropriate action is to do nothing, unless/until the book comes back. Amazon don’t know whether the book has come back or not, they are just checking on outstanding cases
