no you won’t get a negative
pending orders just mean the buyer either has an out of date card on their account or not enough money to pay for the order
they will either update it and the order will go through or, they won’t and it will come off your orders and go back into your inventory to sell again

Likely not an issue. Have you not had any take that long before? I frequently get them taking 3 or 4 days.

Don’t worry about it. Typically it’s an issue with payment. Most of them clear within a few days.
