Is there a report that shows which FC warehouse shipped out my "problem" orders?

Thanks Voice of the Customer, I noticed there was an issue with one of our 2 packs, customers stating they are not receiving both units on a 2 pack.

SKU was received right into FBA months ago but you know how Amazon shuffles the goods all over the 48 states so I am thinking maybe somewhere along the line some of the 2 packs were split. I confirmed with our warehouse that inventory is right on our side, and per FBA inventory the correct amount is at the warehouses.

I think someone at the FC warehouse may have split them, or they somehow came unseparated at some time. I see in the FC transfer report that you can pinpoint where your goods are but not which order they are associated with. Is there a report that I can pull what FC warehouse shipped the goods?

That level of detail is not available in a report currently. If you're able, I recommend reaching out to Seller Support and requesting a bin check on the grounds that you're concerned your 2 packs are becoming disassembled. It may take some time, but this it the best method for having your inventory inspected (without you having to recall it via Removal order)
