Compliance testing for supplements
Hello everyone,
We have got a few questions regarding the new process of testing for supplements, I hope we could get clarifications here as it is difficult to get a straight answer from the seller support.
1. Can we proactively reach out to Amazon to get our product on the testing process? From experience it took almost a month before Amazon flagged a listing of ours to start the testing process.
2. Say if our generic listing of a products passes the process(with Eurofins), will our new listing (same product, now comes with a brand as we just got brand approval) automatically pass as well or will Amazon still would have us go the same lengthy process for another fee?
3. If we somehow decide to add another flavor to the same product, will it require another test? Or will the test pass from the previous product(with only flavor as difference) suffice?
Thank you and hopefully someone couid help us clarify these things.

Hello @Seller_M5wPcZtANeZx6
Thank you for the information provided regarding the testing for your products. I understand you are looking for additional details regarding what needs to be done for your products.
If you have any products that you believe might have compliance documents needed, we would advise on being proactive and getting them tested with one of our service providers. Then, if documents are requested, you already have them available to provide for review.
I have gone ahead and engaged another community manager to provide further insight into the other questions you have. Please continue to refer to this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas
