Since the beggining of February, the FBA Fees of some of my products (Oversize Products) had an big increase in FBA Fees in all Eu countries! (i am in the PAN EU Program)

I know that there were some changes in FBA fees structure for oversize products, that according the communication from Amazon , those kind of products would have a lower FBA fee!

That was good news, but when the 1st of February came , i got almost the double of the previous fba fee :(

I look at the chart fees and FBA fees calculator and that doesnt match with the fees i am paying! Also, the FBA Fee explanation is unavailable inside seller central!

I have 2 cases open for this problem since then, and no real answer.. I guess that the decision of moving away from FBA to a 3PL is coming soon that i expected!

it´s a frustrating to lose money in all those sales, and nobody gives you any real answer!

We found out that 3 of our ASINs have wrong dimensions and so we are paying far too high FBA fees. We created cases to ask AMZ FBA for remeasurement in FR, DE< IT and ES. However we only got negative answers. Despite our product is clearly in stock with 338 units, Seller Support keeps saying they don't have available unit in stock to remeasure the product. We are loosing a lot of money. Could you please help?

I sent my inventory to Amazon on November 7, 2024, and it is still not active. The FBA shipment shows:

FBA STA (11/09/2024 13:59) - DTM2,

and I’ve been waiting for months without any resolution.

I completed my VAT verification, my account has been activated, and my address is shown as verified and approved in Seller Central.

Amazon still claims there is a VAT address mismatch, but I personally contacted the Dortmund Tax Office, and they clearly confirmed that everything is correct and up to date on their side.

So the issue seems to be within Amazon’s own system, yet no one has fixed it or properly communicated with me. Despite opening several cases and sending multiple emails, I feel completely ignored and unsupported.

Meanwhile, my products are sitting in the warehouse, and I am still paying storage fees, but I cannot sell even a single unit.

This situation is unacceptable, and I’m seriously losing trust in Amazon as a platform.
