Charged advertising incorrectly and cannot get this fixed
Does anyone know how to file a compliant for Amazon advertising?From May through July I had advertising charged to my account. I did not select that. It was almost $4k worth of charges. I called and called, emailed, and no luck. The person from amazon advertising said i must have selected it, again i told her no. She looked at my account and said i wont get any charges going forward…well not true.I had a charge of approximately $50 charged to my account. This wAs after the customer service person turned everything off!!! And this again proves my point of these surprise advertising charges.Given everything I would like to file an official compliant and am looking for where I can do this. It’s not right and they should be making this right.And if you have Amazon Ads charge someway somehow they can just charge that to your account and access your fund through Amazon seller account. These are 2 separate entities so how is that even possible??
