Unfortunately, I would like to talk about a negative experience we had in the last 7-8 months. We send products from the Netherlands to the CGN 1 warehouse with UPS Amazon contracted cargo. However, the stock period of the products is extended by at least 1 month, sometimes 2 months each time. We could not understand the reason for this. We have contacted Amazon before but we did not receive a positive response. Why do you want us to send our products to that warehouse when you know this is the case? Or are you doing this on purpose? It affects our turnover by almost half, our stocks that should be finished in a month only enter the inventory in 1 month because of the CGN 1 warehouse, it is really sad. Is there anyone who can find a solution to this? What are your suggestions for those who can help us?

Account permanently Suspended due to KYC verification. Its also not giving the option to add documents. what to do? Account re-verification was done in Nov 23. Any suggestions whom to connect? Seller support and Account health team has no answer to this.
