Someone Hijacked our Barcode & Product Code
Hi everyone,
I hope you are all fit and well…
We are trying to list a Lipshin using the manufacturers barcode and product code which are both printed on the product but unfortunately someone has used the barcode and product code for a set of feather hair extensions. This is clearly not a coincidence. I can’t work out how to fix this issue or how to report it to Amazon - can anyone advise me how to proceed please?

You’d need to provide evidence that the information is incorrect (e.g. photos of the product and its barcode, GS1 database info). https://gepir.gs1.org/index.php/search-by-gtin

Once I have gathered my information and images etc, where do I go to report the issue to Amazon ?
