I know we aren't the only one with this issue... but our OTDR has tanked after the holidays to 59%. Of note, we are a high volume seller, ship both FBA and MFN and have sold since 2008 with no issues. This OTDR issue is specific to the Amazon policy changes in 2024.
"Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation. Your On-Time Delivery Rate is 59.02%; the target is 90%. To avoid deactivation of your seller-fulfilled offers, monitor your performance metrics and maintain rates that meet minimum standards. "
Of note, to get "protection" we need to do all three of these:
* Enroll in Shipping Services Automation (SSA) -- we are
* Have automated handling time -- we do
* Buy postage from Amazon -- we currently don't ... we have an API integrated with Stamps.com which we have for years.
As a side note, we are using "approved" postage carriers, mainly USPS -- and I have checked the "Buy Shipping" option and confirmed that the type of USPS postage we purchase matches what we would buy through Amazon. We also provide full tracking.
We have opened cases and been told that even though we buy the exact same type of approve postage through the same approved carrier, since we don't buy from Amazon we are not protected -- which seems very wrong.
Anyway -- to my question:
For those that ARE using all three above SSA, automated handling time, and buy postage from Amazon -- what happened to your OTDR after the holidays? Did your stats tank? (in theory they should) -- do you see an account warning or does it say "you are protected"?
If the shipping is the same, in theory even those who use all three should have the same stats -- I would just expect it to say "protected" in some way.
