UPS Delivery Delay

Does anyone have a problem with UPS deliveries? Or have you ever had a problem like this one?

Our stock is being held in Tamworth from the 19th of June till now. We have a delay of two shipments with different products. The first shipment has to be delivered in Warrington, MAN2, and the second one to Altrincham, Manchester, MAN1. Their status in the shipping queue is “In transit” and the last update is from the 17th of June.
I have ‘Delivery Rescheduled’ notices on both tracking numbers. Neither gives any info on when the item will be delivered to Amazon - they are both at UPS in Tamworth (from yesterday in Preston).

Is it a problem with UPS or are they acting on Amazon’s instructions?
