Read onlyMaybe someone can help me. My account has been deactivated for over two weeks now resulting in loss of income. The issue is this, I have a US seller account... somehow there was a UK account created and they are linked. I have no idea how this happened as I do not sell product in the UK and didn't know I had a UK account. Something weird happened with said UK account and now they have shut it down, along with my US account because they are linked. I have submitted every document they have asked for with my business address on it... bank statements, utility bills, my driver license, tax records, my mortgage statement. The customer service rep I am talking to every time has no concept of someone owning more than one property and the two addresses being on the same bill. I have two addresses that come on my utility bills because that's how the utility companies send them out. So they tell me that it doesn't count because there are two addresses? I don't understand why they need my utility bills anyway after the ID, mortgages, etc. Then when I ask for a manager they tell me they are the manager. It's enraging that you can't get someone on the phone and now my Buisness and income is suffering and no one seems to care to help. They just keep repeating themselves reading through their scripts, which clearly don't deal in these more complex issues. I just keep submitting what they ask for and getting denied. I don't understand why I can't get someone on the phone that can help me, or at least read outside of their scripts and think like a human being. They are just so cold and repetitive and I'm getting nowhere closer to being able to sell again. My business is severely suffering. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or is there a rep out there that reads the forums and actually cares? I've made at least a dozen calls and submitted multiple email appeals to no avail...I'm at such a loss. Please help.
