Amazon Europe Brand Registry enrollment

Hello!
Do you know possible reasons why BR team can decline add primary user of account to Brand registered TM? I’m receiving the message that this account ID is not eligible at the moment.
And for the security reasons I can’t get more information regarding it.
Account is in a good standing.

Have you made sure the account is on the professional selling plan? (£25 + vat pm) and that the trademark is fully registered at UKIPO i.e. not pending examination.
