Video Rejected Repeatedly – Requesting Help from Moderation Team
Hi Amazon Team,
We submitted a product video for ASIN [B0DYC9QXDG] and it has now been rejected three times, even after we made adjustments to fully comply with the content guidelines. Unfortunately, we were not provided with any specific reason for the rejections.
We’ve already:
- Contacted Seller Support twice, but they were unable to assist
- We emailed to Amazon Community as Seller Support suggested, but there has been no reoly
- Ensured the video does not include any medical claims, prohibited elements, or policy violations
- Removed any potentially triggering terms or visuals based on Community Guidelines
Despite these changes, the video continues to be rejected without clarity, and we are unable to resolve the issue without further guidance.
We would greatly appreciate if someone from the moderation or listings escalation team could take a look at the video or provide more details on what needs to be adjusted so we can comply fully.

I have submitted a request to the video team to check the reason for this being denied.
I do not have visibility into the video, and see 1 short video on the ASIN you mentioned so please let me know if this is a resolved case.
I will go ahead and escalate for now.

The following violations were identified:
Video Title - Medical and Environmental Claims - Media may not: Make environmental claims with the following words “eco-friendly,” “biodegradable,” and “compostable” including their symbols.
Video URL - Medical and Environmental Claims - Media may not: Make environmental claims with the following words “eco-friendly,” “biodegradable,” and “compostable” including their symbols.
The video will not be published to the Amazon Communities Platform unless it is edited to comply with our guidelines.
