Read onlyI presumed my account was inactive but I have just had an order come through- I can't process or see the packing slip as my account is inactive. I also cant access seller support - because my account is inactive. I am not in holiday mode- I have checked. I want to process the order but can't and also cant access any support. My card is valid and I have just gone through verification- but understand this can take 10 days?
verification takes several weeks and is in two parts. Not sure why you can’t see the order if you’ve had an email of the order come through.
I don't have any advice or solution, but there have been 2 or 3 posts lately where sellers have received an order, but their account is inactive.

Your account is currently inactive because you've hit the initial disbursement limit of 15,000 EUR/GBP. To continue receiving funds, you'll need to go through additional verification steps to comply with our regulations.
If you've already completed the verification process recently, please allow up to 10 days for it to be processed. Once you've passed compliance, your funds will be disbursed.
Could you confirm if it's been more than 10 days since you completed the verification? I'll be happy to follow up if that's the case.
