None of my new listings show up in my inventory
Been selling on amazon for years. Suddenly my new listings are not being taken by amazon for both merchant and fba.
I go to add a product
Find the asin ( any asin none work)
Fill in country new and price ( or even my own sku)
Press fba or merchant
The following page we get this message
You have not submitted any SKUs. Please return to your inventory list and select some SKUs before submitting.
This has gone one for nearly a month and as always Amazon cs is as useful as ever. They sent me a new suggestion every time and none work.
Clear cookies, use different computer, you are not aloud to use this asin ( its with every asin not just this one) go to inventory choose item you like to fba and etc etc etc ( items not showing up in inventory) ect ect ect all standard answers that not solve any of the problems.
Has anyone had this and how was it solved?
I have a warehouse full of new stock that we can’t list because it’s not working please help

Are you adding these as FBA?
There is an issue with creating FBA products where you get this message. Normally the items are still added to your inventory though.
If you are adding as FBA then the best work around I have found is to add them as Merchant Fulfilled, wait for about 10 minutes and then convert it to FBA. This seems to work.
