We are selling Football Club branded products but Amazon want a Letter of Authorisation from the Football Club itself. They will not accept a letter of Authorisation from the distributor, or a licensing agreement. What do I do?

Why do you need the Letter of Authorisation. Is it a counterfeit complaint, listing approval, suspected IP violation or something else?
Licensing agreement and a letter of authorisation from the manufacturer often resolves a lot of issues. So you may just need to try again explaining it is a licensed product.
Football clubs are a nightmare though on Amazon. They really don’t understand licensing very well and you have to persist with the documentation you got. Obviously football clubs will not give you a LOA
