Amazon refunded customer £500 without returning item
Hi,
We had a customer message us about an issue with a P.A speaker she purchased, I messaged her straight away with some fault finding questions but she never replied. Two days later she opened an AZ claim and amazon have given her her money back which was over £500! I appealed but of course was denied. So we are a speaker and £500 down now.
I have sent the customer several messages but she is not responding. Does anyone know if there is something we can do about this? Amazon do things like this all the time but never for an amount this much, surely they can’t be allowed to treat sellers this way with no come back.
Any help would be great.

and does it say seller funded or amazon funded ?
