Urgent Help Needed: Product Suspension and Potential Account Ban Due to UPC Issues and Unauthorized Listings

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I'm facing a critical situation with my Amazon seller account and urgently need your advice. Recently, I encountered a serious problem where some of my UPCs were apparently stolen and misused to register counterfeit products on Amazon. These products not only violate brand guidelines but have also led to significant confusion and issues on the platform.

To add to this complexity, one of my products, which should not have been problematic and is part of a line with different designs that I successfully sell, has been unexpectedly suspended. Amazon notified me that this product is not allowed to be sold and has warned me of a potential account suspension.

I attempted to reach out to the Account Health Support team for assistance, but their website indicates that contacting them is not possible at this moment (see attached screenshot). I'm at a loss for what to do next and am genuinely desperate for a solution.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation or can offer guidance on how to resolve this? Any suggestions on how to approach Amazon's support team effectively or alternative methods to address these issues would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

With Regards to the UPC, im assuming they are saying that they are not valid GTIN's sold via GS1, and i assume you bought these GTIN's from a website selling barcodes?

For the Product that you are unauthorised to sell, were you told that this is a Parallel import infringement claim against you?
