Bank card expiring soon please help
Hi all,
I really need help please. The bank card I use on my seller account expires 02/22. I received an email from amazon stating I need to change my charge card as it is now invalid, the bank has not issued the new card yet and now I cannot get past the page where I need to update payment record. I have a few orders to send in my account but I cannot access the correct page as I cannot update the bank card. Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks

That seems odd, is the expiry date on the card set on Amazon correctly? Usually cards will remain active until the end of the month of expiration and most banks don’t send until 30 days or so before expiry.
I’m pretty sure when we recently changed our bank card it was within a couple of weeks of expiry and Amazon hadn’t said anything other than you need to change it, it is expiring.
