How to avoid multiple listings being wrongly removed due to trademark policy violation

Hi everyone,I’ve been dealing with some issues regarding my Amazon listings that mention well-known motorcycle brands. Since the parts are compatible with their bikes, it’s essential to include the brand names for clarity. However, Amazon’s system keeps automatically blocking these listings. To get them reinstated, I have to open individual cases with their support team. It’s incredibly frustrating that listings are being removed without anyone first verifying if they actually violate trademark policies.

To make matters worse, here are a few issues I’ve encountered:

1. Separate Cases for Each Listing: Even if I clearly outline the problem across multiple listings (e.g., A, B, C) in one ticket, support will only address the single listing the case was opened for. Why isn’t there an option to resolve all affected listings in one go?

2. Store-Specific Removals: Identical listings with the same ASINs are being removed separately for each store. Even after one store reinstates a listing, I have to repeat the process for other stores. How does that even make sense?

3. Confusing Trademark Policy Enforcement: I spent 40 minutes yesterday arguing with a support agent about why my listing was removed. My title perfectly followed Amazon’s trademark guidelines:[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + “for”/“compatible with”/“fits”/“intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)Yet, the agent insisted I couldn’t use “FOR [Brand]” and had to use “COMPATIBLE FOR,” which isn’t even correct English.

4. Support Quality: Is there any way to speak to Amazon support agents who:

a) Actually speak fluent English?

b) Take a moment to read Amazon’s own policies before arguing with me?

At this point, I’ve spent a significant part of my week just dealing with this mess, and it’s honestly driving me insane. If anyone has tips or workarounds for this, I’d really appreciate it!Let me know if you’d like further edits!

Hello @Seller_DVIteay4l9Vdy, thank you for addressing this. Could you share the case IDs you submitted? Can you also confirm if you follow the Fair Use and Compatibility Guidelines?

Thank you,

Julia.
