Chelmsford Royal Mail heads up

It’s been on our local news that RM in the Chelsmford area is in complete disarray, with some customers not getting any deliveries for 2 weeks plus. Probably a good idea to use a different courier if sending something there if possible, or at least using Special Delivery for higher value items.

I think there must be loads of issues everywhere at the moment because we are seeing far too many RM24 parcels without delivery scans… and our account manager is ignoring straight questions.
