Sadly, we still do not have an update on our KYC verification and this has now become a business critical event.
Our account verification was triggered & responded to on 19th March 2024, today is April 17th 2024. It has been 29 days / 20 business days. This is now double the 10 working days as a maximum processing timeframe:
....."This validation can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases. During this time, your Identity Information cannot be edited."...
I am very sorry to trouble you all, but could I kindly call on your support to help conclude these KYC checks which are having a damaging effect on our business. This verification round has taken much longer than every other verification round we have been through over our 10+ year trading partnership.
As per the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement, a copy of which is attached for your records, these checks should not be a hindrance - however we have lost almost a month of trading time on the AUK marketplace while these checks are undertaken.
Please can this case be escalated to the managers of the internal team to complete this account review as a matter of priority today.

I would also welcome the opportunity to come to your offices in London for a face to face meeting, if it would expedite the verification process.
