Sadly, we still do not have an update on our KYC verification and this has now become a business critical event.
Our account verification was triggered & responded to on 8th May 2024, today is June 4th 2024. It has been 30 days / 20 business days. This is now double the 10 working days as a maximum processing timeframe:
....."This validation can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases. During this time, your Identity Information cannot be edited."...
I am very sorry to trouble you all, but could I kindly call on your support to help conclude these KYC checks which are having a damaging effect on our business.
Please can this case be escalated to the managers of the internal team to complete this account review as a matter of priority today.
