Read onlyMy account has just been deactivated for selling an ASIN that I removed from my inventory months and months ago. Even after I removed it, I kept getting emails about it so I mailed back explaining this but nothing ever happened. Today I get a message saying my account has been deactivated. I spoke to the account health team and they told me to submit an appeal but that can take 4-5 days, all the while I'm missing out on revenue. Can anyone suggest anything else I can do please?
You have to follow the instructions sent to you in your performance notification.
If you didn't address the ASIN issue then and just deleted it, it doesn't make the issue go away. Whatever route you take, it will take days to weeks, so whatever they are asking for, provide it now.
"My account has just been deactivated for selling an ASIN that I removed from my inventory months and months ago. "
It could have been years and years ago and it wouldn't make any difference. Amazon has records of everything that you ever listed in your account.
Did you have an LOA from the brand?
